The PWNA Education Summit was a big step forward for power washing education. We’re proud to share that Mike Dingler, owner of Firehouse Pressure Washing, played a key role in this event.
What Is the PWNA Education Summit?
The Power Washers of North America (PWNA) hosted its first Education Summit in Chicago. It took place at the Expert Safety Services training center. During the event, board members met to film eight new training courses for power washing professionals.
These classes include:
- Marketing 101 and 102
- Plant and Property Protection
- Holiday Lighting
- Four more courses coming soon
As a result, members will have access to these courses by the end of 2025.
Mike Dingler’s Role at the Summit

In addition to running Firehouse Pressure Washing, Mike serves as a board member of PWNA. At the summit, he helped teach and film the courses. He shared real-life experience and focused on helping others grow.

“The summit gave us a chance to share what we’ve learned,” Mike said. “It’s about helping others succeed.”
Because of his efforts, Firehouse stays at the front of the industry. Mike’s commitment to safety and training helps improve the service we give our customers every day.
Why This Matters
Above all, strong training leads to better results. For example, these new courses help contractors clean safely, protect homes, and improve their skills. As a result, the entire industry benefits—from contractors to customers.
Thank You to the PWNA Team
We’d like to thank Michael Draper and the team at Expert Safety Services for hosting. Furthermore, we appreciate the PWNA board members who worked hard to make this summit a success.
